MBAM is incapable of dealing with File Infecting Viruses. That is MBAM is incapable or removing malicious code that has been prepended, appended or cavity injected into a legitimate file. I've seen this issue before and it was traced to the user's antivirus interfering with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware while our program was being installed. As I recall, the antivirus being used was AVG. It caused our installer to create an incorrect path ("MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE" instead of "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware") for one of our runtime files, ssubtmr6.dll.
As long as the program is working, you should be fine, but if you are concerned about the folder you may try uninstalling our program, deleting that extra folder, temporarily disabling your antivirus and then reinstalling Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It's the only thing that won't print and tells me it's something to do with the printer. If that's the case, how come I can print everything else? I also re-ran the disk that came with the printer. It's fine. I read the directions via their link to this error msg. - it says to check Windows Update. Windows has nothing to do with it.
