Additional Prompting Strategies
Use the chatbot to create different types of reference letters. Adjust the prompt above to have the chatbot write a reference letter for a student applying to an extracurricular program, a job recommendation letter for a colleague, or a character reference for a colleague applying for a membership.
Check your outputs to ensure there is no unintended bias in the reference letter based on gender, race, ethnicity, etc.
Ask the chatbot to refine your letter until it feels right and strikes the appropriate tone. You can change it by saying, "Make the letter more concise," "Make it more formal," "Don't use this phrase," etc.
Have the chatbot use specific information or anecdotes without sharing any personally identifiable information on the subject of the letter.

Additional Prompting Strategies
Have the chatbot adapt the prompt for any type of interview. For example, specify a different type of role (such as a Department Chair, Dean, etc.), or a different type of interview (such as a phone screening, or a joint interview with two teachers who would be working together).
If you work at a certain type of school or there are particularly important aspects of your institution's mission, make sure to include that information in the prompt.
Ask the chatbot to help you conduct pre- and post- interview tasks, such as emailing candidates. Ask the chatbot, "Draft a brief, professional yet friendly email to a candidate who interviewed letting them know they will not be moving forward in the process."

Have the chatbot tailor the presentation to the needs of your faculty and school. Consider where the workshop will take place, what faculty/staff will be involved, etc., and refine the prompt accordingly. Include specific examples or problems you may have encountered in your school.

Get specific! The more specific you are with how you’d like your observation formatted the better. If you don’t have a full lesson plan, describe it as clearly as you can.
Ask the chatbot to create specific strategies for the teacher to move up in his/her proficiency based on the framework.
Enlist the chatbot for help in creating a script to deliver the feedback, particularly if you want to maintain a specific tone or make sure to mention specific points from the lesson.
Use the chatbot to generate ideas/create follow up lesson plans for the teacher to use, and make sure the chatbot incorporates the strategies the teacher needs to work on in the lesson plans.
