SERVICES

We are proud to provide much needed comfort and services to residents of the Prince George's County community. The services that we offer are making a difference in the lives of people who may be struggling to deal with their new or sometimes long-standing role of caretaker. Our support group offers a welcoming setting to learn how to care for yourself, express yourself, and enjoy yourself--all in a safe place among your peers.

Caregiver Support

The role of caregiver can take on many functions. It is not uncommon to feel lacking or even overwhelmed. Here you will find resources for support ranging from a safe place to have difficult conversations

to listings of community and government agencies ready to help.

Advocacy

The Hands Of Hope Caregivers Foundation (HOHCF) advocates on behalf of caregivers, as well as those who receive their care. Our volunteers offer training, workshops and hosts an annual Caregivers' Conference to give a voice to this growing and important community.

Our team can help you navigate what sometimes seems like a maze of forms, agencies and providers. We are available to meet with you to discuss your specific needs and point you to compatible resources including government agencies and other professionals
