Hands Of Hope Caregivers Foundation works in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Aging, several community and church organizations and social service agencies to aid in providing a network of support for hundreds of community caregivers.

HOHCF is a Christian based comprehensive program that is available to provide a wide range of supportive services for caregivers who seek support and resources to provide the help their loved ones may need.
