As part of the Hamptons Community Foundation's effort to help create livable communities and to kick off an early celebration of EARTH DAY, we partnered with Sacramento City Council Member Lisa Kaplan (District 1), District 1 Parks Commissioner Odet Ford, One Youth Natomas, and the City of Sacramento's Youth, Parks, and Community Enrichment Department to place new plants at the entrances of Magnolia Park in North Natomas on April 6, 2024.
It was gratifying to see local neighbors come out and say THANK YOU to the nearly 30 volunteers who came out and made this happen.
