Scholastic Art Contest

Submissions Due January 3, 2024

The Scholastic Art Awards are open to any student in grades 9-12. Students submit their work in over 15 categories (found here: https://www.artandwriting.org/awards/how-to-enter/categories/) for judging by an expert panel. Awards are given to entries based on criteria specified in the description of each category. If you've never shared your art with the world, or if you have and enjoy it, this is a low-risk way to give it a try. Student art that is given an award is showcased at Seneca Valley High School in early March for an awards weekend. Students need to create an online account to submit photos of their pieces. You may enter multiple categories. Each submission does have a submission fee, but see Dr. Survinski for help with this element of the contest if needed. Click the image to the left for more information about entering the competition.

IMPORTANT- If you create an account and register, please list Dr. Survinski as the teacher and Hampton High School as your school to ensure we get notification that you are participating!
