These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android application "MatomeDeck" (the "App") provided by `HammersLab` ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Nature of the App
The App is an RSS reader that lists headlines from the RSS/feeds you choose to subscribe to and shows article content by **linking out to each source site (opened in an external browser)**. The preset subscription suggestions (catalog) are merely pointers to sources; we do not own or provide the content of those sites.
## 2. Content Rights and Responsibility
- Copyright and other rights in the articles, images, and other content shown through the App **belong to the respective sources and rights holders**.
- We do not warrant and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of such content. Responsibility for each item of content lies with its source.
- Please use content in accordance with the terms and copyright notices of each source site.
## 3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, in using the App:
- Violate any law or public order and morals.
- Infringe the rights of any third party or of us.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content obtained through the App without the rights holder's permission.
- Interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to or alter, the operation of the App.
## 4. Paid Features (Purchases)
- The App may include paid features (Pro) offered as a **one-time purchase (Lifetime) and/or subscription**. Purchases are made through Google Play's billing system.
- Pricing, billing terms, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by **Google Play's policies** and the terms shown at purchase. Please direct refund requests through Google Play.
- A one-time purchase is restored after reinstallation when using the same Google account.
## 5. Advertising

## 6. Reporting Inappropriate Content
The App provides a way to report a displayed article. Depending on the report, we may take action such as hiding (filtering) the content, but we do not guarantee any action. Removal of the source content itself is within the purview of each source.
## 7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or availability.
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
- We are not responsible for damages arising from third-party sites or services (sources, advertising, payment, etc.).
## 8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
## 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
