This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how `HammersLab` ("we", "us") handles user information in the Android application "MatomeDeck" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

## 1. Overview

The App is **serverless** and **does not send or store your personal information on any server operated by us**. Your data — subscriptions, read/unread state, favorites, read-later, filter (NG) rules, keywords, browsing history, and settings — is stored **only on your device** and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

However, the App uses **third-party services** for advertising, purchases, and content retrieval, and those third parties may collect information on their own (see below).

## 2. Information Collected / Used

### (1) Advertising (Google AdMob)

In the free version, the App displays ads using Google's "Google AdMob" service together with consent management (UMP). AdMob may collect and use information such as your **advertising identifier (Advertising ID), approximate location, device information, and app usage** to serve and measure ads. The information collected and its use are governed by Google's policies.

### (2) Purchases (Google Play)

Purchases of paid features (one-time / subscription) are processed through **Google Play's billing system**. Payment information is handled by Google; **we do not receive your payment details** (e.g., card numbers). We only receive your entitlement status (whether you are a Pro user).

### (3) Feed and Image Retrieval

The App requests the RSS/feeds you subscribe to and the images in articles **directly from the servers of each source site**. During these requests, those third-party servers may record standard access logs (IP address, User-Agent, timestamp, etc.). Such logs are under the control of each site, and we are not involved.

### (4) Reading Articles

Article content is generally shown by **opening the source site in your device's browser (e.g., Custom Tabs)**. Any collection of information on the destination site is governed by that site's privacy policy.

### (5) Notifications

New-article and keyword notifications are **local notifications generated on your device**; we operate no push server.

The App does not use any independent analytics SDK to collect usage data beyond the above.

## 3. Permissions

The App uses the following permissions:

- **Internet / Network state**: to fetch feeds and images, serve ads, and manage data usage.

- **Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)**: to show new-article/keyword notifications (only if you allow it).

## 4. Ad Personalization and Opt-out

- You can **disable ad personalization** or reset/delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (e.g., Android "Settings > Privacy > Ads").

- In applicable regions such as the EEA, a **consent form (UMP)** is shown on first launch. If you do not consent, the App falls back to **non-personalized ads** where possible.

- Purchasing the paid version (Pro) **removes all ads**.

## 5. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 6. Data Retention and Deletion

- In-app data (subscriptions, settings, read state, saved articles, etc.) is stored **only on your device** and is removed on uninstall.

- Information held by third parties (Google) for advertising and billing is handled under their respective policies and your device/account settings.

## 7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy in response to changes in law or in the service. We will announce material changes within the App or on this page.
