I have spent my career at the intersection of creation and coordination.
Whether I am writing C++, designing narrative weight for a cultural and historical events, or managing a financial and reputational turnaround for a community charity, my goal remains the same:
To foster clarity and resilience in every project I touch.
My game development projects are the engine for my technical growth. They push me to master primary skills, from white-boxing and rapid prototyping under tight restrictions to programming across multiple languages and engines. These projects aren't just about code; they are about applying a problem-solving mindset to improve both my analytic and synthetic skills.
As a Games Programming Lecturer at SAE Institute, I have translated these technical skills into team-oriented leadership. I specialise in fostering communication and leading teams through high-pressure environments, where identifying and utilising the unique strengths of each member is the key to a project's success.
I am a firm believer that the best method of learning is teaching. At SAE, I have mastered complex topics, such as DirectX 12, animation programming, AI, narrative design, UI/UX design, theories of play, flow and MDA framework, level design and more, by distilling them for my students. This process requires a deep, fundamental understanding of the material, allowing me to relay complex information effectively to individuals with diverse learning styles.
Academic Leadership & Product Scaling (SAE Institute)
As a Lecturer in Games Programming and Game Design, and serving as a Module Lead, I am responsible for the academic journey of hundreds of students across the UK. I was a key figure in the restructuring of the course frameworks and standardised global learning content, resulting in a student retention increase from 30% to 90%.
UniJam
Central to this role was the founding and management of UniJam. I scaled this initiative from a local event into a unified, multi-institutional brand, ultimately becoming the world's largest in-person Global Game Jam host site. This involved negotiating partnerships with 10+ Higher Education institutions and managing the logistics for over 350 active participants. My work on this initiative was recognised with a nomination for the TIGGA Awards in November 2024 in the “Excellence in University/Industry Collaboration” category.
Executive Management & Financial Turnaround (Regional Community Charity):
Elected by the Board to serve as CEO, I inherited an organisation in a critical state with an £18k overdraft. I led a total operational and financial recovery, clearing all debt and establishing a consistent weekly surplus alongside a healthy reserve fund. During this tenure, I also directed the logistics for the region's largest recorded community event, achieving an attendance of 500+ which remains the standing record today.
A Legacy of Representation & Public Advocacy:
For over 15 years, I have maintained a continuous track record of elected leadership. This spans roles as a Nominee for the Member of Youth Parliament (Hillingdon) and representative positions across four separate Higher Education institutions (LSBU, Westminster, Uxbridge, and Northwood), where I was repeatedly elected as Class and Year Representative. My work with UniJam continues this legacy, serving as the primary communication bridge between academic faculty, industry partners, and student creators.
Technical Foundations:
My career is rooted in a deep technical dive into Game Design and Computer Science. This foundation allows me to serve as a "Technical Translator", bridging the gap between the granular reality of low-level programming and the high-level strategic needs of a non-technical board or creative lead.

Tabletop & Narrative: When I'm not designing games, I'm running them as a D&D Dungeon Master, exploring the same principles of player agency and narrative branching.
Martial Arts: Practicing martial arts keeps me disciplined and reminds me that mastery is a process of consistent, iterative improvement.
