TABATA training burns 13.5+ calories a minute. It would take 5x the amount of typical cardio to shed the same # of calories.
What is TABATA training?
20 seconds of an exercise. 10 seconds of rest. REPEAT! 8 rounds = 4 minutes.
Strength Circuits are also added into the workouts to bring an extra challenge to help you TONE, STRENGTHEN, & LOSE FAT.
