My story began at the beginning of 2015. At that time, I was going through multiple mental illnesses, college stress, and a new relationship. All of it was taxing on my body and I knew I needed a huge CHANGE. I signed up for a gym membership at Planet Fitness but didn't know how big of a miracle that the gym would be. I picked up on more cardio with less weight training in the beginning. (I was scared to use any machines or weights. I thought I would be judged.)
Later in the year, I began my research into fitness programs. I started to incorporate more weights with less cardio. I showed results within a couple of months but my nutrition wasn't on track.
2018 has been the year that I have dialed in my nutrition, improved tremendously in my lifts, & have seen more muscle growth! It was hard..... but was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!

I received a Bachelor’s in Finance from Columbia Southern University with Summa Cum Laude honors in May 2018.

I have been gluten free since Feb 2015. I realized I had stomach problems the day after I got back from Mardi Gras. 😂
I have struggled with depression. I have/still am struggling with anxiety.
My favorite animal is a giraffee. 🦒 butttt I haven't seen one in person YET.
