Off the Job training

All apprentices need to input OTJ hours onto their portfolio, which consists of the time spent in training whilst off the job (not carrying out normal work duties). Below are some ideas to add to the OTJ hours which add to your TQT (total qualification time) The content can be simply your time at college for example 8.5 hours a week but must identify what you covered, why it was done, for how long and what impact it made to you in the workplace.  Remember to date the activities, how long they took you and add them to OTJ  (NOT ON THE JOB)
