To improve user experience, ensure accurate halal information, fix issues, and add useful features based on user needs. Feedback also helps build trust, keep data updated, and involve the community in maintaining halal integrity. We collected responses from 40 students through a survey distributed via Google Forms to gather their opinions and suggestions. The analysis is summarised below:

Before participating in this campaign, more than half (30 out of 40) of the respondents were already aware of the Verify Halal app. This indicates a relatively high level of awareness among students and highlights the importance of educational initiatives to promote halal verification tools in the younger generation.
According to the survey, 65% (26 out of 40) of students had used the Verify Halal app before participating in the campaign. This reflects a strong prior engagement with the app among students, suggesting that many are already proactive in verifying halal status in their daily lives.
Respondents were asked to rate how easy it was to use the Verify Halal app on a scale from 1 (very difficult) to 5 (very easy). The average rating was 4.2 out of 5, indicating that users found the app generally easy and convenient to use.
This shows that the app has a user-friendly interface, though there’s minor room for improvement to push more users toward a perfect score.
Almost all respondents (34 out of 40) agreed that it was easy to understand how to check a product’s halal status using the app. This indicates that the app’s interface and verification display are clear, simple, and effective in delivering important information.
The app received an average score of 4.4 out of 5 for usefulness, showing that students found it relevant and helpful in their daily lives, particularly when shopping or making informed halal choices.
Nearly every respondent (36 out of 40) said they would recommend the app to others, highlighting high user satisfaction and trust in the accuracy of the halal data presented in the app.
According to the results, adding a multilingual interface is the most popular suggestion for enhancing the Verify Halal App, with 60% of respondents supporting it. This choice reflects the app's diverse user base and the significance of language accessibility. Improving the speed and accuracy of barcode scanning is another major concern, as indicated by 52.5% of users. This need is closely followed by 50% of users who want to increase international halal certification integration, indicating that users want more capabilities for product verification. In the meantime, 35% of respondents each recommended enhancing the app's search filters and categories in addition to adding more thorough product and restaurant details, indicating a desire for improved usability and richer content.
