利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、HAKARIアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの概要

本アプリは、食事記録・カロリー計算・PFCマクロ管理・体重記録・増量減量サイクル管理を目的としたツールです。本アプリは健康的なトレーニングを支援することを目的としており、医療的なアドバイスや診断を提供するものではありません。

2. 利用資格

本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方は本アプリをご利用いただけません。

3. アカウントについて

本アプリはアカウント登録なしでご利用いただけます。全てのデータはお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

4. 有料機能（HAKARI Pro）について

4-1. 購入方法

有料機能（HAKARI Pro）は、App Store または Google Play を通じた買い切り型の一回購入でご利用いただけます。

4-2. 価格

価格はApp Store / Google Playの各ストアページに表示されている金額が適用されます。

4-3. 返金

購入後の返金については、Apple / Googleの返金ポリシーに準じます。当社への直接の返金申請は対応できません。

4-4. 購入の復元

本アプリをアンインストール後に再インストールした場合、または機種変更した場合は、設定画面の「購入を復元」から購入状態を復元できます。

4-5. 購入の引き継ぎ

購入は同一のApple ID / Google アカウントに紐付けられます。異なるアカウント間での引き継ぎはできません。

5. 禁止事項

本アプリのご利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル

- 本アプリの複製・改変・二次配布

- 本アプリを使用した違法行為

- 本アプリのセキュリティを侵害する行為

- 不正な方法による有料機能へのアクセス

- 他のユーザーや第三者の権利を侵害する行為

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（デザイン・コード・テキスト・グラフィックス等）に関する知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。本規約は、本アプリを個人的・非商業的な目的でご利用いただく限定的なライセンスを付与するものであり、それ以外の権利を付与するものではありません。

7. データについて

7-1. データの所有権

本アプリに入力された食事記録・体重データ等は、ユーザーご自身のものです。

7-2. データのバックアップ

クラウドバックアップ機能は現在（v1.0）提供していません。データの消失に備え、CSVエクスポート機能を使用して定期的にバックアップを行ってください。

7-3. データの消失

以下の場合にデータが消失する可能性があります。当社はデータの消失について責任を負いません。

- アプリのアンインストール

- デバイスの初期化・故障・紛失

- アプリの不具合

8. 免責事項

8-1. 健康上の免責

本アプリは健康管理の補助ツールであり、医師・栄養士等の専門家によるアドバイスの代替となるものではありません。本アプリの情報に基づいて行った行動により生じた健康上の問題について、当社は責任を負いません。

8-2. サービスの中断

メンテナンス・システム障害・その他の事情により、本アプリのサービスが中断される場合があります。中断による損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

8-3. 計算値の正確性

カロリー・PFC等の計算値は、入力された情報および食品データベースの内容に基づくものです。計算値の正確性を保証するものではありません。

8-4. 無保証

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。当社は本アプリの完全性・正確性・信頼性・特定目的への適合性について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。

9. サービスの変更・終了

当社は、予告なく本アプリの機能を変更・追加・削除する場合があります。また、諸般の事情により本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。

10. 本規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、アプリのアップデートとともに新しい規約を公開します。変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HAKARI app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

The App is a tool for meal logging, calorie counting, PFC macro tracking, weight recording, and bulk/cut cycle management. The App is intended to support healthy training habits and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the App.

3. Account

The App does not require account registration. All data is stored only on your device.

4. Paid Features (HAKARI Pro)

4-1. How to Purchase

HAKARI Pro is available as a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

4-2. Pricing

The price displayed on the App Store or Google Play store page applies at the time of purchase.

4-3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests directly.

4-4. Restoring Purchases

If you uninstall and reinstall the App, or switch to a new device, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Settings screen.

4-5. Transfer of Purchase

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Transfers between different accounts are not supported.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the App:

- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App

- Copying, modifying, or redistributing the App

- Using the App for any illegal purpose

- Attempting to breach or circumvent the App's security

- Accessing paid features through unauthorized means

- Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content (design, code, text, graphics, etc.) belong to the developer. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App and do not transfer any other rights.

7. Your Data

7-1. Ownership

Meal logs, weight records, and other data you enter into the App belong to you.

7-2. Backup

Cloud backup is not available in v1.0. We strongly recommend using the CSV export feature to back up your data regularly.

7-3. Data Loss

Data may be lost in the following situations. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from:

- Uninstalling the App

- Device reset, failure, or loss

- App errors or malfunctions

8. Disclaimers

8-1. Health Disclaimer

The App is a supplementary health management tool and is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals such as doctors or registered dietitians. We are not responsible for any health issues arising from actions taken based on information provided by the App.

8-2. Service Interruption

The App's services may be interrupted due to maintenance, system failures, or other circumstances. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions.

8-3. Accuracy of Calculations

Calorie and PFC calculations are based on the information you enter and the contents of the food database. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated values.

8-4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.

9. Changes to the App

We may modify, add, or remove features of the App without prior notice. We may also discontinue the App at any time for any reason.

10. Changes to These Terms

If we update these Terms, the new version will be published alongside an app update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's place of business.
