プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーは、HAKARIアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、必ずお読みください。

1. 基本方針

HAKARIは「プライバシーファースト」を設計の根幹に置いています。あなたの食事記録・体重データ・身体測定値・プロフィール情報は、このデバイスにのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

HAKARIはアカウント登録なしでご利用いただけます。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワードなどの個人識別情報は収集しません。

2. 収集する情報

2-1. デバイス内にのみ保存される情報（外部送信なし）

- 食事記録（食品名、摂取量、カロリー、PFC）

- 体重・体脂肪率の記録

- 身体測定値（腹囲、腕、太腿）

- プロフィール情報（身長、体重、年齢、性別、活動レベル）

- サイクル管理設定（フェーズ、目標、期間）

- ミールテンプレート

- お気に入り食品

- アプリ設定

上記の情報は全てお使いのデバイス内のローカルデータベース（SQLite）に保存されます。開発者を含む第三者がアクセスすることはできません。

2-2. 課金処理のために送信される情報

本アプリの有料機能（HAKARI Pro）の購入処理には、RevenueCat（米国）のサービスを使用しています。購入処理の際に以下の情報がRevenueCatのサーバーに送信されます。

- デバイスの匿名識別子（購入の検証・復元に使用）

- 購入日時・購入した商品の情報

- App Store / Google Playが提供するトランザクションデータ

RevenueCatに送信されるのは購入の検証に必要な最小限の情報のみです。食事記録・体重・身体測定値などの健康データは一切送信されません。

2-3. Apple Health / Google Health からの読み込み

より精度の高い栄養管理を提供するため、本アプリはApple Health（iOS）またはGoogle Health（Android）から消費カロリーのデータを読み込むことがあります。

このデータは以下の目的でのみ使用されます：

- あなたのデバイス内での栄養管理計算

- より正確なマクロ栄養素の提案

読み込まれた消費カロリーデータはあなたのデバイス内に保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

本アプリがApple Health / Google Healthにアクセスすることについて、いつでも許可を取り消すことができます。許可を取り消した場合、本アプリは新たにデータを読み込むことはできなくなりますが、既に読み込まれたデータはあなたのデバイス内に保存されたまま残ります。

3. 収集しない情報

HAKARIは以下の情報を収集しません。

- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人識別情報

- 位置情報

- 連絡先

- 写真・カメラロールへのアクセス（バーコードスキャン時のカメラ使用のみ）

- 広告識別子（IDFA / GAID）

- クラッシュレポート・利用統計・アナリティクスデータ

- ソーシャルメディアの情報

4. カメラの使用

バーコードスキャン機能を使用する際に、カメラへのアクセス許可が必要です。カメラで撮影した映像はバーコードの認識にのみ使用され、画像として保存・送信されることはありません。

5. データの保存と削除

全ての健康データはお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。データの削除方法は以下の通りです。

- 個別データの削除: アプリ内の各画面から削除できます

- 全データの削除: 設定画面の「データをリセット」から全データを削除できます

- アプリの削除: アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス内の全データが完全に削除されます

クラウドへのバックアップ機能は現在（v1.0）提供していないため、アプリを削除するとデータは復元できません。CSVエクスポート機能を活用してデータをバックアップしてください。

6. データのエクスポート

設定画面のCSVエクスポート機能を使用することで、食事記録・体重記録をCSV形式でエクスポートできます。エクスポートされたデータはあなたが選択した場所に保存され、当社はその内容にアクセスできません。

7. 第三者サービス

本アプリが使用する第三者サービスは以下の通りです。

RevenueCat（購入管理）

- 用途: アプリ内購入の処理・検証・復元

- プライバシーポリシー: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

- 送信データ: 購入検証に必要な匿名の識別子と購入情報のみ

Apple App Store / Google Play（決済処理）

- 用途: アプリ内購入の決済処理

- 決済情報はApple / Googleが直接管理し、当社は決済情報にアクセスできません

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリのアップデートとともに新しいポリシーを公開します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how the HAKARI app ("the App") handles your information. Please read this carefully before using the App.

1. Our Core Principle

HAKARI is built on a privacy-first foundation. Your meal logs, weight data, body measurements, and profile information are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.

HAKARI does not require account registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any personally identifiable information.

2. Information We Handle

2-1. Information stored only on your device (never transmitted)

- Meal logs (food names, amounts, calories, PFC macros)

- Weight and body fat percentage records

- Body measurements (waist, arms, thighs)

- Profile information (height, weight, age, sex, activity level)

- Cycle management settings (phase, goals, dates)

- Meal templates

- Favorite foods

- App settings and preferences

All of the above is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. No third party, including the app developer, can access this data.

2-2. Information transmitted for purchase processing

The paid features (HAKARI Pro) are processed through RevenueCat (USA). When a purchase is made, the following information is sent to RevenueCat's servers:

- An anonymous device identifier (used to verify and restore purchases)

- Purchase date and product information

- Transaction data provided by App Store or Google Play

Only the minimum information required for purchase verification is sent to RevenueCat. Health data including meal logs, weight records, and body measurements is never transmitted.

2-3. Reading Data from Apple Health / Google Health

To provide more accurate nutrition management, this app may read calorie burn data from Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health (Android).

This data is used exclusively for:

- Nutrition management calculations on your device

- More accurate macronutrient recommendations

The calorie burn data read from Apple Health / Google Health is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

You can revoke this app's permission to access Apple Health / Google Health at any time. If you revoke permission, this app will no longer be able to read new data, but previously read data will remain stored on your device.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

HAKARI does not collect any of the following:

- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information

- Location data

- Contacts

- Photos or camera roll access (camera is used only for barcode scanning)

- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)

- Crash reports, usage statistics, or analytics data

- Social media information

4. Camera Usage

Camera access is required when using the barcode scanning feature. The camera feed is used only for barcode recognition and is never saved as an image or transmitted anywhere.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

All health data is stored only on your device. You can delete your data in the following ways:

- Individual records: Delete from within each screen in the app

- All data: Use "Reset All Data" in the Settings screen to erase everything

- Uninstalling the app: All local data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app

Cloud backup is not available in v1.0. If you delete the app, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend using the CSV export feature to back up your data before uninstalling.

6. Data Export

You can export your meal logs and weight records as CSV files using the export feature in Settings. Exported files are saved to a location you choose, and we have no access to their contents.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat (Purchase Management)

- Purpose: Processing, verifying, and restoring in-app purchases

- Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

- Data sent: Anonymous device identifier and purchase information required for verification only

Apple App Store / Google Play (Payment Processing)

- Purpose: Processing payments for in-app purchases

- Payment information is managed directly by Apple or Google; we do not have access to your payment details

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be published alongside an app update. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
