Hajzi allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
To delete your Hajzi account:
Open the Hajzi app.
Go to My Account.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion notice.
Tap Confirm Account Deletion.
You may be asked to verify your identity.
The following information may be deleted or deactivated:
Login credentials
Name
Phone number
Email address
Profile image
Account preferences
Favorites
Certain ratings or reviews, depending on platform requirements
Some previous booking records may be retained for legitimate reasons, including:
Financial records
Accounting
Legal compliance
Dispute resolution
Fraud prevention
Where possible, retained information will be minimized or anonymized.
If the deleted account belongs to a customer, access to the account will be removed and the user will no longer be able to view account-specific booking information.
Certain historical booking or payment records may remain where required.
If the account belongs to a hotel owner, deletion may require:
Completing or resolving active bookings
Settling outstanding financial obligations
Transferring or closing property management access
Removing hotel listings and rooms
Some historical records may be retained where required for legal, financial, or operational purposes.
Account deletion requests are generally processed immediately or within 30 days, depending on the type of account and applicable retention requirements.
Some information may temporarily remain in backups until the normal backup retention period expires.
Once permanent deletion is completed, deleted information may not be recoverable.
A user who wishes to use Hajzi again may need to create a new account.
If deletion has not yet been completed, the user may contact support to request cancellation.
Once permanent deletion is completed, restoration cannot be guaranteed.
If the user cannot access the application, an account deletion request may be submitted through support.
We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
