By downloading, installing, or using the Hairstyle application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Hairstyle is a mobile application that allows users to visualize different hairstyles and hair colors on their photos using artificial intelligence technology. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree not to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related systems.
The application offers weekly and yearly subscription options.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
All subscription fees are processed by Apple and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the application are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the application.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the hairstyle visualization service.
We do not store or share your photos with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the application.
You agree not to:
Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Use automated systems to access the application
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
