I am currently a product researcher at Stack Overflow. Previously, I received my Ph.D. degree in Informatics from The College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University under the supervision of Dr. John M. Carroll.
My research lies at the intersection of people, information, and technology. I am fascinated by people's cognitive processes, and with how those cognitive processes shape their interactions with technologies. Therefore, I rely on user-centered design and consumer-driven approaches to explore how people produce, gather, interpret, use, and share data to better understand human-technology interactions and the cognitive process behind those interactions.
Through studying these factors, I hope to improve the way we empower and inform stakeholders by delivering effective feedback.
