This policy applies to all Apps developed and published by Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar on the Apple App Store for iOS and macOS devices.

When you choose to submit content:
The selected content is securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure.
The content may be processed using third-party cloud computing or AI service providers.

We only process content that you actively select and submit. We do not access your device media without your permission.
If submitted media contains faces, we want to be transparent about what we do not do:
We do NOT perform facial recognition.
We do NOT identify individuals.
We do NOT verify identity.
We do NOT extract biometric identifiers.
We do NOT create biometric templates.
We do NOT use face data for tracking or profiling.
Face-containing content is processed solely to provide the requested app functionality (e.g., AI detection, enhancement, classification, or analysis).
We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, anonymous usage statistics, session duration, and feature interaction data. This information is anonymized and used only to improve app performance and reliability.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and information you voluntarily provide. This data is used only to respond to your inquiry.
We may use collected data for:
Providing requested app functionality
AI-based analysis or processing
Improving features and performance
Debugging and crash resolution
Customer support
Security and fraud prevention
Legal compliance
We do NOT use your data for:

User-submitted content is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored unless explicitly stated.

Technical analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.
Support communications may be retained for up to 24 months.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, access controls and authentication, monitoring and logging, and regular security reviews.
Before transmitting user-submitted content to third-party processing services, we may request explicit user consent within the App. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the feature.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request data portability.
