Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information our applications ("Apps") collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and your rights regarding your data.
This policy applies to all Apps developed and published by Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar on the Apple App Store for iOS and macOS devices.
Our Apps may allow users to voluntarily upload or submit content (such as images, videos, audio files, or text) for analysis, processing, enhancement, detection, or AI-based functionality.
When you choose to submit content:
The selected content is securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure.
The content may be processed using third-party cloud computing or AI service providers.
The submitted content may contain personal information, including faces or other identifiable elements.
We only process content that you actively select and submit. We do not access your device media without your permission.
If submitted media contains faces, we want to be transparent about what we do not do:
We do NOT perform facial recognition.
We do NOT identify individuals.
We do NOT verify identity.
We do NOT extract biometric identifiers.
We do NOT create biometric templates.
We do NOT use face data for tracking or profiling.
Face-containing content is processed solely to provide the requested app functionality (e.g., AI detection, enhancement, classification, or analysis).
Face Data & Third-Party Storage
User-submitted media may be sent to SightEngine (sightengine.com), a third-party AI detection and content analysis API operated by Kozelo SAS, 16 bis rue d'Odessa, 75014 Paris, France, solely for the purpose of detecting whether the submitted content is AI-generated.
SightEngine does not store face data. As stated in Section 9 of SightEngine's Privacy Policy (https://sightengine.com/policies/privacy), data submitted to their Services is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and is not retained beyond what is necessary to complete that processing. SightEngine acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not independently store, retain, or use any face data contained in submitted media. No facial recognition, biometric extraction, or identity-based storage is performed by SightEngine or by us.
As face data is not stored by SightEngine, there is no applicable retention period or storage rationale beyond the immediate processing of your request.
We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, anonymous usage statistics, session duration, and feature interaction data. This information is anonymized and used only to improve app performance and reliability.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and information you voluntarily provide. This data is used only to respond to your inquiry.
We may use collected data for:
Providing requested app functionality
AI-based analysis or processing
Improving features and performance
Debugging and crash resolution
Customer support
Security and fraud prevention
Legal compliance
We do NOT use your data for:
Selling personal information
Advertising networks
Cross-app tracking
Behavioral profiling

To operate and improve our Apps, we use the following third-party providers:

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to:
Process data only for the intended purpose
Maintain appropriate security safeguards
Not sell or misuse the data
Provide protection equal to or greater than our own privacy standards
We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
User-submitted content is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored unless explicitly stated.
Content is retained only as long as necessary to complete processing.
Technical analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.
Support communications may be retained for up to 24 months.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, access controls and authentication, monitoring and logging, and regular security reviews.
Before transmitting user-submitted content to third-party processing services, we may request explicit user consent within the App. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the feature.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request data portability.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including France (SightEngine). We ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of changes.
