Effective Date: February 25, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar governing your use of our software applications distributed through the Apple App Store for macOS and iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at: Apple EULA.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or install our Apps.
The license granted to you for each App is a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device not owned or controlled by you.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps — including all content, software, code, trademarks, and intellectual property — are owned by Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Certain features of the Apps may allow you to upload or submit content, including images, videos, audio, or text ("User Content") for processing or analysis. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The content does not infringe privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
You further acknowledge that:
Submitted content may be processed using cloud infrastructure and third-party AI or API providers.
Processing may involve temporary transmission and storage outside your country of residence.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.
You use AI-generated outputs at your own discretion and risk.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Our Apps may integrate third-party services, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, or AI APIs. Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or resell the App
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt backend services or APIs used by the App
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the App and delete all copies.
Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Apps, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that AI analysis results will be accurate, or that third-party services will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hafiz Hassan Mukhtar shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, AI output inaccuracies, or damages resulting from third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law principles.

By installing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA.
