By downloading and using the Haffy application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you agree to these terms and conditions. The App is intended for users aged 15 and older.
Haffy is a digital companion for dog owners, providing tools for dog care management and educational content.
Informational Purposes Only: Responses from the AI assistant (Haffy) are for informational purposes only. Artificial intelligence may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information.
Not Veterinary Advice: The App is in no way a substitute for professional veterinary assistance. The operator is not liable for any harm or damage resulting from information provided by the App. In the event of any health issues with your dog, always contact a veterinarian immediately.
Standard Use: AI assistant features are intended exclusively for normal personal use. The App is not intended for bulk, commercial, or automated querying.
Limits: The operator reserves the right to limit the daily number of AI queries to ensure the stability and availability of the service. Access to AI features may be restricted for users exhibiting extreme activity.
The App allows users to enter their own text (e.g., journal entries, dog profile notes) and upload photos.
The user agrees not to enter or upload content that is illegal, offensive, violates third-party copyrights, or contains sensitive personal data. The operator reserves the right to remove any such content (especially if stored on cloud storage) and block the user's account.
All content provided by the operator (e.g., Academy texts, graphics, logo, App design) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or further used commercially without the prior consent of the operator.
The operation of the App is dependent on third-party services (notably Google Gemini API, Firebase, Apple App Store, Google Play).
The operator is not responsible for outages, changes, or the termination of these external services.
Premium Features: The App offers the option to purchase an auto-renewable subscription ("Haffy Premium"), which unlocks advanced features (e.g., multi-dog management, photo uploads, and cloud backup).
Billing and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (in the App Store) or Google account (in Google Play) upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time exclusively through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Simply deleting the App from your device does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds: All transactions are processed directly by Apple and Google. The App operator does not have access to your payment details. Any refund requests are subject to the terms and policies of the respective store.
