In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time Premium Lifetime purchase processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or Apple refund policies. You can restore purchases from within the App.
Advertising
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. By using the free version you consent to data collection as described in our Privacy Policy and the ad partners' policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data from within the App at any time.
Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and the developer only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
