1. Acceptance and purpose
By downloading, installing, or using Hábitos Millonarios (the App), you accept these Terms. The App provides educational content and organization tools about habits, personal finance, and personal development. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice and does not guarantee wealth, income, savings, or any specific result.
2. License and accounts
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for your account security. Account deletion is available from the App. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Premium purchases and subscriptions
Premium may include monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact title, duration, localized price, benefits, and billing terms are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Eligible purchases can be restored inside the App. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies and applicable law.
4. Advertising and privacy

5. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
6. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce these Terms. The Apple Standard EULA also applies:

7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or operational reasons. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
