Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Millionaire Habits mobile application collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information. The app provides habit tracking, educational assessments and readings, personal finance organization, community features, reminders, advertising, and optional Premium purchases. It does not provide banking, lending, brokerage, insurance, or guaranteed financial results.
Account data: name, email address, authentication provider, and Firebase UID.
User content: habits, check-ins, streaks, goals, expenses, journal entries, favorites, reading activity, assessment answers/results, preferences, and community posts.
Purchase data: product, transaction status, receipts or transaction records, and Premium entitlement. Apple and Google stores and RevenueCat may process receipts and transactions; we do not receive full payment-card details.
Device and usage data: app interactions, device/app identifiers, advertising identifier where permitted, language, notification token/preferences, and ad interaction data.
Approximate location that advertising providers may infer from the internet connection. The app does not request precise GPS location.
Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information, operating system, device model, app version, date/time, and technical logs.
Our operational telemetry uses a pseudonymous actor reference derived from an account or random installation identifier. Those events may include device and app context, ad events, and purchase-flow status. Our operational telemetry does not store email addresses, purchase receipts, transaction or order identifiers, or payment-card data.
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and synchronize app features, restore purchases, personalize progress, send requested reminders, display and measure advertising, prevent abuse, analyze product performance, support users, and improve stability.
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app:
Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging.
Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.
RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple App Store for purchases and entitlements.
Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and ironSource, for advertising and measurement, subject to device permissions and consent where required.
These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Content a user intentionally publishes in Community, including the chosen display name or alias and habit post, is visible to other people. Users should not include sensitive personal information in public posts. Private habits, expenses, journal entries, goals, and assessment results are not intentionally displayed through Community merely by using those features.
Free users may see ads. Advertising providers may use device identifiers and app activity for ad delivery and measurement, according to consent and device settings. Premium removes ads from the app experience. Users can limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers through their device settings.
Account content is stored using Google Firebase and protected in transit. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain account data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Purchase and security records, a minimal deletion/suppression record, and provider backups may be retained where required to prevent recreation or abuse and to meet legal, tax, transaction-record, security, or platform obligations.
Users can request deletion inside the app through Profile → Settings → Delete account. The app asks for confirmation, deletes the user's Hábitos Millonarios profile and app-specific data that can be safely attributed to the app, then clears that profile's local app data. The Firebase sign-in identity is used across other applications in the same project and is therefore preserved so deleting a Hábitos Millonarios profile cannot delete an account or data belonging to another application. The preserved sign-in identity does not automatically restore or reactivate the deleted Millionaire Habits profile.
Deleting an account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled in the corresponding store account settings.
To protect data belonging to other applications that share the same Firebase project, records created by older app versions may not carry an application identifier. Automatic deletion removes a historical record only when it can be safely attributed to Millionaire Habits. If an unmarked legacy leaderboard, reaction, or assessment record cannot be attributed safely, users may request a manual review at the email below; after ownership verification, we process associated personal app data subject to the retention exceptions below. This limitation does not apply to data created by current versions, which is stored or marked in the app-specific account scope.
Users who cannot access the app may request deletion by emailing acamue1088@gmail.com with the subject Delete Millionaire Habits account from the email address associated with the account. We may verify ownership before deletion. Verified requests are subject to the limited retention purposes described above.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Service providers may process data in countries other than the user's country. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
