Two ways: tap any exercise card to expand it and type your weight and reps, or hold the microphone button and say something like "225 for 8 reps."
Tap the exercise name on the confirmation card to change it. You can also tap the weight or reps to fix individual numbers. Tip: tap an exercise card first, then use voice — the app will already know which exercise you're doing and you only need to say the numbers.
Go to the Routines tab, tap any preset split to activate it, or tap "Create Custom Routine" to build your own. You can also tap "Generate with AI" to have a program built for you based on your goals.
Go to the Insights tab and tap "Log Today" on the body weight card at the top.
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. Your workout session will resume if you reopen the app on the same day.
Calories are estimated using MET values for each exercise, your body weight, the weight you lifted, and the number of reps. It's an approximation — for precise tracking, use a heart rate monitor.
Voice logging and AI features (exercise swap, program generator, weekly insights) require internet. Manual logging works completely offline.
In your daily log, swipe left on any set to delete it, or tap a set to edit it and use the Delete button.
All data is stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes all your data permanently.
Yes! AirPods are actually recommended for voice logging in noisy gyms. The app automatically uses your AirPods microphone when connected.
