GymMatrix AI ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Neoprit. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App stores your workout logs, routines, body weight entries, and profile information (name, age, body weight, goals) locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
When you use AI-powered features (voice workout parsing, workout program generation, exercise alternatives, and weekly insights), relevant workout information is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. This data is used only to generate the requested AI response and is subject to Google's privacy practices. We do not store this data on our own servers.
Voice logging uses your device's built-in speech recognition. Audio is processed by your device's operating system to convert speech to text. The resulting text may be sent to the Gemini API for parsing (Pro feature). We do not record or store raw audio.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used. This collects anonymized or pseudonymized usage data, such as: app opens, screens viewed, features used, workout activity events, subscription events, and approximate device and platform information (device model, operating system version, app version). This data helps us improve the App. It is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We do not use this data to personally identify you, and we do not sell it.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We receive anonymized subscription status (active, expired, trial) to unlock Pro features. We do not collect or store your payment information — all payment processing is handled by Apple.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the App:
Google (Gemini API) — processes AI feature requests
Google (Firebase Analytics) — processes usage analytics
Apple — processes subscription payments
RevenueCat — manages subscription status
Your workout and profile data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can export your data at any time using the in-app export feature. Analytics data is retained by Google Firebase according to your configured retention settings (default up to 14 months).
Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
Export your data: Use the in-app export feature (CSV, JSON, or PDF) at any time.
Limit analytics: You can limit ad tracking and analytics through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Analytics & Improvements).
Cancel subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
AI-generated content (workout suggestions, insights, calorie estimates) is for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
