Obviously, there are many health benifits associated with going to the gym, but I wanted to see what actually makes people go.
I asked people at various gyms why they go, here are some of the responses I received:
“The gym is how I clear my head.”
“It's my me-time.”
“I want to get big.”
“I go when I feel overwhelmed, so I can work through it.”
“I started going in my free time, now i'm seeing results.”
