Level assessments are done from start level onward at the end of term 1 and 2 to evaluate progress and confirm that there are no major gaps in learning and to see if the gymnast is safe to move on the following level with more challenging skills.
Toddler level classes are suitable for the littlest gymnasts starting from age 1 onwards. We want to see the kiddos be comfortably on their feet, this will help them to get the most out of the classes. Toddler sessions will support the gross motor skill learning beautifully as they explore the world of gymnastics.
Children are welcome to make the switch from Toddler level to Start level when they are comfortable to stay in class independently.
Class duration 45 minutes (an adult is allowed to accompany the child in the class)
Start level sessions are suitable for kids that are between 3-6 years old. In the start level sessions the children explore each apparatus, getting comfortable with the basic gymnastics skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, mini-cartwheels and handstands.
Class duration is 60 minutes, children are dropped off. Parents are welcome to watch from the viewing space outside.
Bronze level class is suitable once the gymnast confidently performs the skills taught in start level. Bronze level class is also suitable as the first class for students of 7 years or older.
Bronze level introduces the start level skills on beam and bars while increasing difficulty on floor. Some of the skills are handstand to bridge and back bend.
Class duration is 60 minutes, children are dropped off. Parents are welcome to watch from the viewing space outside.
Silver level is an appropriate starting place for students 10 years or older, or gymnasts who have progressed through the start and bronze level. In Silver level training time increases to 90 minutes and students are recommended to attend 2 sessions a week. As the difficulty level in skills increases, more repetition is required to keep progress going. Some of the skills that the students will start working on are walkovers on floor and front tucks on trampoline.

Gold level is suitable for gymnasts that have passed the silver level assessment or have 2-3 years of formal training. In gold level the students are expected to train preferably 2 times per week to ensure enough training is done to make sure they are building enough strength to progess on their skills safely. They will be introduced to flick - flack (back handspring) as well as many other skills.

Ruby level gymnasts have trained on average minimum of 3 years. On Ruby level more difficulty is added into the training and gymnasts should be willing to train 3 days a week. This will allow them to progress steadily and safely into connection skills like roundoff- back tuck and walk overs on beam.
Gold, Ruby, Diamond and Tanzanite level students train together but are separated into smaller groups after warm up and conditioning. This will allow the gymnasts to have extra time working on their specific level skills.

Diamond level students keep progressing to new levels. In this level they will do optional routine for floor exercise, which is always an exiting moment for a gymnast. The continue adding difficulty into their skills, completing 360 degree twist saltos on floor and double fronts off trampoline and back hip circles into handstand on bars. Gymnasts are expected to train minimum three days a week.

Tanzanite level is the highest level in our program. This level explores the maximum level of difficulty for each individual gymnast. This includes acro-flight connections on beam, double twisting saltos on floor and tsukaharas on vault. Tanzanite level gymnasts are expected to train 4 days a week.

Adult classes are suitable for anyone over 15 years old, any level of experience. The class focuses on building strength and mobility as well as learning basic gymnastics skills at your own level. Modifications will be offered throughout the session to support each individual learning process.
