Account and Data Deletion
Gymenda users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud data from inside the Gymenda Android app.
Delete your account in the app
Open Gymenda.
Sign in to your account.
Select Profile from the bottom navigation bar.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning.
Select Delete permanently to confirm.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data deleted with your account
The deletion process is intended to remove:
• Your Gymenda authentication account
• Your email address associated with Gymenda
• Your calendar events and event notes
• Your workout sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights and notes
• Your saved preferences, including your preferred measurement unit
• Other user-created cloud data associated with your Gymenda user ID
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security purposes.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Google may retain transaction records under its own legal obligations and privacy policies. Deleting your Gymenda account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
To cancel a subscription, open:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gymenda → Cancel subscription
Request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot access Gymenda, email:

Use the subject:
Gymenda account deletion request
Send the request from the email address connected to your Gymenda account. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
Please do not send your password.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may remain in secure backups temporarily before being removed through the normal backup-retention process.

Delete individual data without deleting your account
You can remove individual records while keeping your Gymenda account active.
Delete a calendar event:
Open Calendar.
Select the date containing the event.
Tap the event.
Select Delete and confirm.
Delete a workout:
Open Workouts.
Tap the workout you want to remove.
Select Delete and confirm.
Deleting an individual event or workout permanently removes that record from your Gymenda cloud data. Your account and other saved data remain active.
