Gym Diary we operates the Gym Diary mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Our Service is built with a Privacy-by-Design approach; we do not collect personal information by default.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).

Financial Data: No payment or credit card information is processed or stored within the App.
Health and Workout Data: While the App allows you to log your workouts, this data is stored strictly locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
The App only requests permissions essential for its operation:
Internet Access: Used solely for basic technical functionality and potential maintenance updates.
Storage Access: Used only to save your workout logs locally on your own device.
In accordance with the Google Play User Data Policy:
Retention Period: We do not host your data on any remote servers. Your data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed.
Control: You retain full ownership and control over the duration for which your data is kept on your device.
We provide users with full control over their data lifecycle. You can delete your data at any time through the following methods:
Manual Deletion: You can modify or delete individual workout entries directly within the App interface at any time.
Complete Data Wipe: You can clear all app data through your device's system settings (Settings > Apps > Gym Diary > Storage > Clear Data), which permanently removes all logs.
Permanent Deletion via Uninstallation: Pursuant to Google's data deletion transparency requirements, please be advised that uninstalling the App will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of all locally stored data associated with Gym Diary. Since we do not store your data on external servers, once it is deleted from your device, it cannot be recovered.
The security of your data is a priority. Because your data is stored locally, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (encryption, biometrics, or passcodes). No data is transmitted over the internet, eliminating risks associated with server-side breaches.
Our App does not use third-party SDKs that collect, track, or share user data for advertising or analytics. We strictly adhere to the Google Play SDK Requirements.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
