This Privacy Policy describes how Novatronik ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use the Hata Ağacı mobile application (the "App").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version is: We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.
The App is designed to function entirely locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, track, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics to our servers or any third-party servers.
Any data you create, input, or generate within the App (such as fault tree diagrams or related notes) is stored strictly locally on your device's internal memory. We do not have access to this data, and it is not backed up to any cloud service by the App itself. If you choose to delete the App or clear its data, your locally stored information will be permanently removed.
The App is built to operate 100% offline. It does not require an active internet connection to function, which guarantees that your data cannot be transmitted over the internet by the App.
Because we do not collect any data, we do not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties. The App does not integrate with third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services.
Our App does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. However, since no data is collected, there is no data to delete.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If any changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and publishing the new policy within the App or on our App Store page.
