Workout Data Processing: To generate customized workout plans, your workout preferences and previous workout history are securely transmitted to OpenAI’s API, where they are processed. We do not store this workout data on our own servers.

Lawful Use: You agree to use Gym AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Proper Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.
Local Storage: All personal and usage data, aside from workout data processed by OpenAI, remains stored exclusively on your device.
Third-Party Processing: By using Gym AI, you consent to the secure transmission and processing of your workout data by OpenAI’s API solely for generating personalized workout recommendations.

Ownership: All content, features, and functionalities of Gym AI—including text, graphics, interface design, and software code—are the property of or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
