Storage: We do not store any workout data on our own servers; all such processing occurs externally with OpenAI.
Local Data Storage: All personal information and usage data, aside from the data transmitted for workout planning, remains stored exclusively on your device, ensuring you retain full control over your information.
Third-Party Processing: The workout data sent to OpenAI is used only to generate your workout plans. By using our App, you consent to this data transfer and processing. We recommend reviewing OpenAI’s privacy policy to understand how they manage and protect your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard the data stored locally on your device.
While we take steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device (e.g., using lock screens and other security features).
Control Over Data: Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control. You can access, modify, or delete your personal data directly on your device.
Uninstallation: Removing the App from your device will delete all locally stored data.
