Candidates must have successfully completed 2/3 of program coursework, including related evidences in order for a proposal defense to occur. This means four semesters (EDUC/EDDS/737 and related module work and evidences).
Candidates must be registered for (at least ) EDDS 742. This may mean additional enrollment hours if the candidate wishes to defend early.
Candidates must have an unexpired CITI certification.
Once beginning dissertation hours, candidates must be continuously enrolled in dissertation hours.
