Below is the form to submit your own research on Unidentified Gear drop rates. All data will be reviewed for alignment to known drop rate patterns before being included in the model.
"Drop rate patterns" in this case means the known parameters of which things can drop and how much of them. For example, blue gear does not drop from yellow Unidentified Gear, so it's impossible for you to receive any blues from yellow Unid. Gear. Unidentified Gear has a simple pattern:
From each piece of Unidentified Gear, you receive exactly one piece of gear at the rarity level of the Unidentified Gear or higher. This means I always expect the total amount of gear gained to be exactly equal to the amount of Unidentified Gear opened. Furthermore, green Unid. Gear can only drop green gear and above, and Yellow Unid. Gear can only drop yellow gear and above. As a warning, any data that does not align with those expectations will not be included in the model.
