This Wellness Class will take a practical look at teachings of Dr. Sue Morter and her book, The Energy Codes. An international speaker, Master of Bio-Energetic Medicine and Quantum Field visionary, Dr. Sue Morter teaches the retraining of the nervous system and subtle energy system of the body through a process called Embodiment. Her methods retrain the brain, shift old memory patterns and then teach us how to move beyond the brain for sustainable healing.
Dr. Sue is internationally published, is seen in many documentary films and serves on professional licensing and human service boards globally. If you’ve ever wondered whether there might be a little more to “energy,” breathing, posture, and awareness than meets the eye, this session will give you a chance to explore those ideas in a relaxed and curious environment.
Dr. Morter’s work blends modern wellness thinking with insights drawn from yoga, breathwork, and mind‐body awareness: think E. Tully, M. Singer, and J. Kabat-Zinn
combined. Her central idea is simple: when we become more aware of how we breathe, move, and hold tension in our bodies, we can influence how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally
Expect a friendly discussion, a few light demonstrations, and plenty of room for questions. Some people come away with practical tools for managing stress; others simply enjoy the conversation and the chance to explore new perspectives on wellness. Either way, you’ll leave with something to think about—and maybe a new way to take a breath.
