Health organization-issued pagers across VCH, PHC, and PHSA must be eliminated. The only provincial paging vendor–PageNet–provides technology that is obsolete and at increasing risk of failure.
The Pager Retirement Project is leading this work through replacement of active health organization-issued pagers with health organization-issued smartphones or approved personal smartphones running a secure clinical communication solution.
As the Senior Training Lead, I will be designing, developing and implementing all the learning solutions required to transition the current clinical and non clinical pager users at VCH, PHC and PHSA to the selected secure clinical communication solution on both Andriod and iOs devices. Level One
This program introduced Deli Team Members on how cheese is made, the different types of cheeses, their aging process, food and drink pairings, and how to sell cheeses. After completing this program, they had the skills and knowledge to increase cheese sales by knowing how to approach customers and make relevant recommendations of not only cheeses, but also other foods and drinks that go well with those cheeses.

Level Two
Level two of the Cheese Certification Program is designed to elevate and give our Cheese Enthusiasts the opportunity to build on their knowledge of the world of cheese. Also, work closely with their Deli Regional Managers to build exquisite charcuterie boards and practice the 6 steps of the sales cycle through the four our workshop. Lastly, I cultivated a partnership with Saputo and their executive chef invited every successful graduate to their facility to participate in a Cheese Making Class.
