I have more than ten years of training and leadership development experience; holding various roles in both profit and non-profit organizations. I have spent six years in various Learning and Development roles including both Workforce Optimization and Online Learning at Fraser Health Authority.

As a Learning Consultant and "Change Champion", I am involved in bonding leaders and team members at all levels. I deliver effective solutions after analyzing both data-driven models and unmeasurable competencies of the organization such as leadership intuition.

My completion of Certified in Training Management designation has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to tackle any training challenge.
