Entity: Gulzar Pipe ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting quotations, placing orders, or engaging in business with Gulzar Pipe. By placing an order, making a payment, or issuing a Purchase Order (PO) to Gulzar Pipe, you ("Client", "Buyer", or "Purchaser") agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Business Scope & Role

1.1. Operational Model: Gulzar Pipe operates as an industrial material trader, stockist, and consolidator. We source, inspect, and supply high-grade industrial piping, steel, and related components through an established supply network tailored to client specifications.

1.2. No Direct Manufacturing: Unless explicitly stated in writing, Gulzar Pipe is a material trader and consolidator, not the primary manufacturer of the supplied products.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders

2.1. Quotation Validity: All formal quotations issued by Gulzar Pipe are valid for the timeframe specified on the quotation document. Due to market fluctuations in raw materials and steel, prices are subject to change without prior notice after the validity period expires.

2.2. Order Confirmation: Orders are considered formally accepted only upon written confirmation from Gulzar Pipe and receipt of cleared funds according to agreed payment terms.

2.3. Specification Accuracy: The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications—including Grade/Standard, Outer Diameter (OD), Wall Thickness (WT), Shape, and Quantity—prior to quotation issuance and order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms & Credit Policy

3.1. Advance Payment: Full payment (100%) according to the agreed quotation terms must be cleared prior to material processing, cutting, scheduling, or dispatch.

3.2. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made strictly via Bank Wire Transfer to our designated corporate accounts or verified Cash Payments at authorized office locations.

3.3. Prohibited Payment Methods: We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, personal cheques, or banker's drafts.

3.4. Strict No-Credit Policy: Gulzar Pipe does not offer credit terms, lines of credit, or deferred payment schedules under any circumstances. Material will not be released or dispatched without cleared payment verification.

4. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

4.1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, project-specific, and industrial nature of our materials, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once payment has been processed or material processing/logistics scheduling has commenced.

4.2. Custom / Cut Goods: Any material that has undergone cutting, processing, threading, or custom fabrication cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

4.3. Discrepancy Claims & Inspection Window:

• The Client must inspect all delivered materials immediately upon receipt.

• If the delivered goods do not match the explicit specifications outlined in the confirmed Purchase Order (PO) or quotation, the Client must notify Gulzar Pipe in writing within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

• Claims submitted after the 2-day inspection window will not be entertained, and the material shall be deemed fully accepted as delivered.

• 4.4. Resolution of Valid Claims: In the event of a verified specification error reported within the 2-day claim window, Gulzar Pipe's sole obligation will be to replace or correct the non-conforming material upon verification.

5. Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss

5.1. Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage to materials transfers to the Client upon delivery to the specified project site or upon loading onto transport vehicles arranged by or on behalf of the Client.

5.2. Delivery Timelines: Stated delivery schedules or lead times are estimates provided in good faith. Gulzar Pipe is not liable for logistics delays caused by third-party transporters, traffic conditions, port delays, weather events, or raw material supply shortages.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Direct Damages Only: Gulzar Pipe’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the supply of materials shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

6.2. Exclusion of Consequential Losses: Under no circumstances shall Gulzar Pipe be liable for secondary, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, site downtime, delay penalties, labor costs, or secondary project operational delays caused by material delivery or defect issues.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

7.2. Court Jurisdiction: The courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes or proceedings arising under these terms.

8. Modifications

Gulzar Pipe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on our official website.
