How do I log a drink
Tap the log button, choose a drink from the library or your favorites, pick the size and quantity, and save. You can also describe a drink and let GULP fill in the details for you.
Can I add a drink that is not in the library
Yes. Open Drinks, then choose Add Manually to create a custom drink with its size, caffeine, sugar, calories and more. You can also try Find with AI to fill in the nutrition from a description.
How do I edit or delete an entry
Open History, tap an entry to edit it, or swipe an entry to delete it. Your totals and streaks update automatically.
Is my data private
Yes. Your tracking data is stored on your device, and GULP does not require an account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I restore my purchase
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, or use Restore on the upgrade screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy GULP Pro.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings inside GULP and tap Manage on your Pro status, or go to your Apple Account subscription settings on your device. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I reset all my data
Open Settings, scroll to About, and tap Reset All Data. This permanently deletes your logs, progress and settings on the device and cannot be undone.
Which devices and languages are supported
GULP works on iPhone and iPad and is available in English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese and Russian.
