GUITAR MAYHEM TERMS OF USE

Acceptance and publisher
By downloading or using Guitar Mayhem, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Guitar Mayhem Privacy Policy available on this site. Guitar Mayhem is published under the Techlance developer identity. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License to play
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play Guitar Mayhem for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, audio, names, and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Fair use of the game
Do not interfere with the game's services, distribute modified copies, bypass purchase delivery, exploit defects to obtain paid content, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. This does not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
Virtual items and progress
Guitars, relics, in-game cash, equipment, progression, and other game items are licensed virtual content. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between players. Local progress may be lost when app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled, except where a feature expressly provides cloud restoration.
Founder Launch Pack
The Founder Launch Pack consists of the Mayhem Zero guitar and Founder's Fuse relic. It is granted to eligible Android installations whose recorded first-install time is before September 23, 2026 at 00:00 in São Paulo, Brazil.
Once granted, Founder ownership does not expire. Guitar Mayhem uses a monotonic Google Play Games Saved Games token to restore the pack for the same authenticated Play Games profile after reinstalling or changing devices. Restoration requires a successful Play Games sign-in and synchronization. The pack is not transferable to another Google account and has no cash value.
Optional purchases
Optional consumable in-game cash packs are offered through Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment authorization, refunds, and family purchase controls are governed by Google Play and applicable law. A successful purchase grants only the virtual content described in the offer; it does not grant ownership of the game or its intellectual property.
Availability and changes
The game may receive balance changes, bug fixes, content updates, or compatibility changes. Features may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or operation of the game. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guitar Mayhem is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. For support or legal questions, use the developer contact displayed on the Guitar Mayhem Google Play listing:
