GUITAR MAYHEM PRIVACY POLICY

Publisher and scope
Guitar Mayhem is published under the Techlance developer identity. This policy applies to the Guitar Mayhem Android app, package app.techlance.guitarmayhem. The game does not operate its own user-profile server.
Game data stored on the device
Gameplay progress, settings, earned equipment, in-game currency, and purchase-delivery state are stored locally on the device. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it may erase that local progress.
Google Play Games and the Founder entitlement
On Android, Google Play Games may authenticate the active Play Games profile. Guitar Mayhem uses Google Play Games Saved Games only to store the permanent ownership token GUITAR_MAYHEM_FOUNDER_V1 in the snapshot guitar_mayhem_founder_v1.
The snapshot does not contain the player's full save, gameplay progress, purchases, name, or email address. It is read after Play Games sign-in so the Mayhem Zero guitar and Founder's Fuse relic can be restored after reinstalling the game or changing devices with the same Play Games profile.
Players who do not sign in can still play and keep local progress, but cross-device or post-uninstall restoration of the Founder entitlement cannot be guaranteed until a successful Play Games synchronization.
Firebase Analytics
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate gameplay and app reliability. Events may include screens visited, Era and equipment selections, run starts and outcomes, scores, in-game cash earned, and purchases made with in-game or real currency. The game does not send player names, email addresses, or a custom Techlance account identifier.
Google Play purchases
Optional consumable cash packs are processed by Google Play. The game receives the product identifier, purchase token, and purchase state needed to deliver and consume the pack safely. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by Guitar Mayhem.
Advertising and audience
The Guitar Mayhem app does not contain third-party advertising. Its current content rating and audience declarations are available on the Google Play listing.
Google information and controls
Google may process information required to provide Google Play, Play Games, Firebase Analytics, and purchase services under Google's own policies. Play Games profile and Saved Games controls are managed through the player's Google account and Google Play Games settings.
Data sharing and retention
Guitar Mayhem does not sell personal data. Local gameplay data remains on the device until the player clears it or uninstalls the app. The Founder ownership token remains in Google Play Games Saved Games so the entitlement can be restored for the same authenticated profile. Purchase records and analytics retention are governed by Google services and the developer's configured retention controls.
Security
Reasonable platform and application safeguards are used, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Guitar Mayhem is not designed to collect names, email addresses, or direct contact information from children. Google Play family and purchase controls remain governed by the Google account and Play Store settings.
