With computational and experimental skills, I am broadly interested in RNA Biology and Epigenetics, and new techniques such as CRISPR, scRNA-seq and long-read sequencing,  addressing RNA-centric gene regulation. My current research focuses on the following two aspects:

1) The molecular mechanisms underlying Xist-mediated chromosome silencing and interplay among different silencing pathways.

2) RNA m6A modification deposition and its role in gene regulation.
