After studying Literary Theory at the University of Bologna, I earned a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Florence (2013). I was a visiting scholar at the Université de Montréal and held a postdoctoral fellowship at the École normale supérieure (Paris) as a Lauréat Ville de Paris, before joining the University of Bologna as Postdoctoral Researcher (2016–2019) and subsequently Assistant Professor (2020–2025).
