We hope you enjoyed your stay and your time in Jervis Bay!
Ensuring everything that belongs to you and the property is packed up and put away will help make for a smooth departure for both you and us. Using the following as a reference will help with everything you need to know.
Being a professional host, following your departure we will have a professional housekeeping team attend to the property for cleaning and general preparation to make the property guest ready again.
The housekeeping team are engaged to complete a general hygiene clean and make the property guest ready but they are not engaged to clean up a guest's mess. In preparation for departure, we ask that you leave the property neat and tidy including:
Leaving all dishes clan, dry and put away (including dishwasher)
Emptying the fridge and freezer
Emptying the rubbish bins into the property bins
Note: If there is any excess cleaning required you may be charged an excess cleaning fee.
All BBQ's must be left clean and ready for the next guest to use.
Note: If the BBQ is not left clean you may be charged a $50 BBQ cleaning fee.
If you can please help us do the right thing with the rubbish management that would be greatly appreciated.
Every property has a red-lid rubbish bin and a yellow-lid recycle bin so if you can please dispose of your rubbish in the relevant bin that would be both appreciated and will help the planet.
If you produce an excessive amount of rubbish during your stay we ask that you dispose of it to the Huskisson Waste and Recycling Centre as follows:
Address: 235 Huskisson Road Huskisson
Phone: 1300 293 111
Note: If there is excess rubbish left at the property you may be charged for its removal.
If you are staying at a pet-friendly property and you have had your furry friends with you please remember it is your responsibility to clean up after them.
Any damage or mess left by pets could incur a fee such as:
Poos not being cleaned up
Holes being dug
Furniture being marked, scratched or chewed
Hair being left on furniture
Pet-friendly accommodation is a privilege so please be sure to respect it, leave it as you found it and ensure that you and others travelling with their pets continue to have a place to stay.
Note: Any mess left behind from your pets, particularly poos not being cleaned up, may result in fees being charged.
Please ensure that any damage or breakages are reported before your departure on the following Damage and Breakage Form
We understand that things happen and the sooner we are aware of an issue the sooner we can remedy the issue.
If and/or when you do damage or break something please report it to us as and when it happens as this will allow us to remedy the issues as soon as possible.
The quickest and easiest way to report any damage or breakages is using our Damage and Breakages form here: Damage and Breakage Form
If it is something that needs to be tended to urgently please call us on 02 4441 7771.
While 99% of our guests are good 99% of the time (and we love you for that), experience tells us that we have to make this a priority.
If you choose to 'borrow' anything from the property, be it the shampoo and conditioner, towels, pillows, appliances, utensils, or anything else, be assured you will be charged for it.
Turn off the TV
Turn off the air conditioner
Turn off the fans

If you think you may have left anything behind at the property we ask that you use our Lost Property form and we can see if there is anything that has been found: Lost Property Form
If you do leave any items behind you will need to send us a pre-paid and pre-addressed postal satchel or box big enough for us to return your items.
This should be sent to:

The date of departure
The item that was left behind
We understand that you get asked to review everything these days and yes you will be asked for a review of your stay with us too.
When completing your review, please understand that reviews really do matter to us!
Did you know that Airbnb considers a 4-star (or below) review to be a negative review? And on Booking.com, anything but a 10/10 impacts the performance of a property and our rating as a managing agent.
We understand that everything may not have been perfect and if any issues have not already been reported and dealt with please be sure to email us at holidays@experiencejervisbay.com.au with your concerns along with any supporting photos as we do take our management services seriously and do our best to provide a 5-Star property and 5-Star service. Anything reported will be tended to as soon as possible to ensure you and future guests have the best stay possible.
When completing your review, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with a 5-Star, or 10/10 review if we were even close.
We share our reviews with our property management team, our housekeeping teams, our owners and more and appreciate your understanding and feedback so everyone counts.
Thank you for booking with us and we truly do hope you enjoyed your stay.
If you are likely to visit Jervis Bay again, please remember that if you book directly you will save yourself money as you will not be paying the booking sites fees on top of the cost of the accommodation.
Until next time,
The Experience Jervis Bay Team
