With your booking confirmed, what's next?
7 days before your stay you will receive a 'Before your stay' email
3 days before your stay you will receive a 'Pre arrival' email
Around 12 noon on the day of your arrival you will receive an SMS and email with access details and information for your arrival
Note: If you do not receive your pre-arrival email 7 days before your arrival please check your email junk/spam folder and if it is not there give us a call.
Be sure to share this Guest Hub with your fellow guests so everyone has the opportunity to be across the details of their stay and make the best plans possible: Guest Hub
For the best response time be sure to communicate directly with us at:
Phone: 02 4441 7771
As we manage many properties around Jervis Bay, taking bookings through a variety of booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, Expedia, Agoda and more, using their individual messaging platforms will mean a slower response time than communicating directly.
Reminder: Do not use the messaging platforms for communication but use the email and phone number above.
Be sure to follow us on our socials as this is the best place to see what's happening and be kept up to date with what's happening in and around Jervis Bay.
Check-in is from 3pm.
Early check-in requests should only be made 48 to 24 hours before your arrival date (or the last business day before your arrival) as prior to that we will not be able to give you an answer.
Around 12 noon on the day of your arrival you will receive an SMS and email with:
Your access code for the property
Specific check-in notes for the property
Specific instructions for the property
Please do not attempt to access the property before the check-in time of 3pm.
If you are arriving after sunset we suggest having a torch (your phone light would be fine) at hand for easy location of the key lock box (if there is one) and access to the property.
Note: Early check-ins are not available mid December through until the end of January
All of our properties are set up to offer clean and comfortable accommodation but will not likely have everything that you will want for your stay so considering what to bring could make a big difference to your stay.
Not linen
All linen will be provided at the property including:
Bed linen
Bath towels
Bath mats
Tea towels
Only some properties will provide beach towels and this will be advertised on the individual listings. We would suggest bringing beach towels and do not use the bath towels as beach towels.
Pro tip: Pillows are a personal thing and whilst our properties all have quality pillows, if you have a favourite pillow, we would suggest bringing it along to ensure you get a good night's sleep.
Supplies
All properties will have a basic supply of body care products, cleaning products and pantry items as listed below in the 'Property supplies' list but be sure to bring and/or do an online shopping order for all the supplies you will require for your stay.
Cooking equipment
All of our properties have a selection of cooking equipment as per the owner's preferences and some have more than others. If you are planning to cook any special meals that require any special equipment or appliances.
Pro tip: It can never hurt to pack your favourite sharp knife.
Bluetooth speaker
If you're a music fan, be sure to pack your Bluetooth speaker.
Games and entertainment
Most properties will have some form of a game be it a board game, deck of cards or something that may be new to you but it can never hurt to pack something from home. If the weather turns and you are stuck inside for a day or two having some inside entertainment never goes astray.
Firewood
Does the property you have booked have an indoor or outdoor fire? If so, most properties do not provide firewood as an inclusion and you will need to bring or buy your own. If you have your own firewood you are more than welcome to bring it and/or you can buy it locally from the service station.
All of our properties are stocked with a simple range of supplies to help in making your stay a comfortable and convenient one. The supplies provided are in place to cover you on your arrival and/or the first day or two but are not designed or stocked to provide you with all that you will need for your stay and will not be replenished during your stay. All of our properties are self-catering and you will be required to bring or arrange your shopping and supplies for your stay.
In your properties you can expect to find:
Pantry supplies
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Tea, coffee and sugar
Glad wrap and foil
Body care supplies
Hand wash
Body wash
Shampoo
Conditioner
Toilet paper
Tissues
Cleaning supplies
Surface spray
Dishwashing liquid (and dishwasher product)
Dishwasher powder
Washing machine powder
Scourer and chux cloth
Being that the properties are only stocked with a simple range of supplies and those supplies are not designed or stocked to provide you with all that you will need for your stay we suggest pre-shopping by:
Doing an online order to be delivered to the property on the evening of your arrival (there is both a Woolworth and Coles that deliver locally)
Doing an online order for Click and Collect that you pick up on your way to the property (there is both a Woolworth and Coles that deliver locally)
Do a shop before leaving or on your way in Nowra or Ulladulla
Not only will the above options provide a convenient solution, you will also be more likely to have the supplies you want for your stay. It is not uncommon for our local supermarkets to run out of many items through the busy periods with an influx of people in the area that their supply chains struggle to keep up with.
With your arrival fast approaching now is a great time to do some research.
By taking the time to do your research, plan your adventures and book your restaurants before your stay you can be sure that you will be making the most of your time in Jervis Bay and that you will not be missing out on anything that you were hoping and planning to do.
There are a lot of good resources available including but not limited to:
Shoalhaven Tourism
Shoalhaven Events
Huskisson Chamber of Commerce and Tourism
Jervis Bay Weekend
Whilst we always hope that our, and other governing body's, Terms and Conditions do not have to be referred to we do have to have them as a reference point and we ask that you make yourself and your fellow guests aware of them.
These terms and conditions are a combination of:
For those who treat the property and those around them, particularly neighbouring properties, with respect, there will be no issues.
For those who do not treat the property and those around them with respect:
The police could be called
You could be evicted from the property
The remainder of your stay could be cancelled
You could be charged for any damage caused
With the above in mind, 99% of our guests are great and in turn, they are treated accordingly.
