This typical coastal house consists of a bedroom, a hallway, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. 

It is suitable for 4 people with bedding (2+2), offering a double bed and a large comfortable sofa bed suitable for sleeping 2 people.

 It has a 4-star holiday home certificate. 

It is fully furnished with new furniture of great comfort including a box bed and a pull-out sofa that can be converted into a corner seating set as needed. 

While arranging, I paid special attention to the ambient light that provides additional atmosphere in every room. 

The main light in the kitchen, bedroom and living room, can change the color temperature. Just turn it on and off until you find a light color you like. 

There are three brightness levels of light color.

The house is equipped with FREE FAST INTERNET.

BEDROOM

I paid special attention to the comfort of the bed. It has a silver mattress with a mattress topper. The bedding is satin with two pillows and a summer / winter blanket. There is an additional blanket in the wardrobe. 

The wardrobe has two sections and enough hangers for 4 people. 

In the bedroom, there is also a work desk with a comfortable plush chair. 

The view from the bedroom overlooks the jacuzzi and further out to the sea. 

In the bedroom you will also find an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack dryer and a small practical vacuum cleaner. 

There is also a phone that is used only for 

emergency calls

LIVING ROOM

In the living room, there is a comfortable multifunctional couch that can be converted into a corner set and a sleeping bed for 2 people. 

Special attention was also paid to the lighting here, featuring an additional floor lamp, a large wall painting, and two lightweight side tables that can be moved according to personal preferences. 

It has a Philips television with backlighting that you can turn off if needed.
