These Terms apply to all services we offer, including car detailing, auto detailing, ceramic coating, glass coating, paint correction, wash and wax, tire shine, interior and exterior detailing, headlight restoration, and leather services.
Appointments can be made by phone, email, or any online system we provide and are subject to availability.
All prices given are estimates based on the information you provide. Final cost may change if the vehicle is larger, dirtier, or more damaged than described.
Extra charges may apply for heavy soiling, pet hair, strong odors, biohazards, or oversized vehicles. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For certain high-value services (e.g., ceramic coating, major paint correction), a deposit may be required.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in loss of deposit (if paid) or refusal of future bookings.
If you do not show up and do not contact us (“no-show”), we may charge a fee and/or require a deposit for any future appointments.
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment problems, staff issues, or unsafe conditions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
You must provide full access to the vehicle, including keys/fobs and any necessary instructions (e.g., alarms).
Please remove all valuables and personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.
For safety reasons, we generally do not remove or reinstall child seats. If you want those areas cleaned thoroughly, you must remove and reinstall seats yourself.
We will note obvious pre-existing damage where possible, but we may not identify every defect (e.g., small chips, old repairs, hidden issues).
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or fragile materials, or defects that become more visible after cleaning or polishing.
Older or heavily worn vehicles and materials are more likely to be affected during cleaning and correction. Work on these is done at the owner’s risk.
We will do our best to remove stains, odors, and defects, but complete removal is not guaranteed. Some issues may be permanent or only partially improved.
If we encounter health hazards (blood, bodily fluids, mold, rodent droppings, etc.), we may stop work, charge extra, or ask you to have the vehicle professionally treated first.
We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is with us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to:
The cost of the service; or
The reasonable repair cost of proven damage directly caused by our negligence, up to the vehicle’s fair market value.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of time, income, or use of the vehicle.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aftermarket parts, or previous poor repairs.
We aim for high-quality results, but no service can guarantee a perfect or defect-free finish.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the work, please tell us before leaving with the vehicle or within 24 hours of collection.
At our discretion, we may re-work specific areas if we agree that the issue is related to our service and reasonably correctable.
Stated durability for ceramic or other coatings is based on ideal conditions and proper maintenance. Real-world results vary. Coatings are not scratch-proof, chip-proof, or maintenance-free.
We may take before-and-after photos or short videos of your vehicle for documentation and quality control.
Unless you request otherwise in writing before the service, you give us permission to use non-identifying images or videos (for example, without visible license plates or personal info) in our marketing, website, and social media.
If you do not want your vehicle used in any promotional content, please let us know in advance.
Any information on our website is for general guidance only and is not professional or legal advice.

We respect your privacy and use your personal information mainly to manage bookings, communication, and services. We do not sell your personal data.
