To be eligible to attend the SHPE National Convention 2024, you must be a current GT SHPE member. If you are not a member, please follow the instructions outlined below:
Steps To Become Member:
1. Join the GT SHPE WhatsApp Group by clicking on this link.
2. For National Convention information and announcements, join the National Convention WhatsApp Group by clicking on this link.
3. Pay Chapter Dues $15 (Venmo/ Zelle/ Cash)
4. Fill membership form by clicking on this link.
5. Request to join GT SHPE in Engage (new members only) by clicking on this link.
6. Create an account and join SHPE National ($10 membership fee) by clicking on this link.
Continue to Step 1 once completed.
To secure your spot to attend the National Convention:
Please send the $100 deposit to GT SHPE:

With the following description: Deposit, First Name, Last Name, GT SHPE NC
This $100 deposit will go towards your total hotel payment, thus this quanitity will be reduced from said payment.

Once you have paid the $100 deposit, please fill out the Deposit Confirmation Form (1 minute fill time) by clicking here.

Hotel check-in is on Tuesday, October 29th, and check-out is on Sunday, November 3rd, thus purchase flights accordingly. You can follow the suggested flights in the Logistics page or another flight of your choice.
Remember, flights are eligible for reimbursement for up to $200 according to the reimburesement scheme found in the Reimbursement page.
