Sprint 1 Description

Duration: 25 January, 2025 - 7 February, 2025

Tasks Completed

• 12 User Stories were completed for Sprint 1.

• Arthur was be our front-end developer, Tisha was our back-end developer, Hassan and Antony were our full-stack developers. 

Sprint 2 Description:

Duration: 8 February, 2025 - 16 February 2025

Tasks Completed

• Last 12 User Stories were completed.

• Everything was pushed and merged on GitHub.

• Arthur was our front-end developer, Tisha was our back-end developer, Hassan and Antony were our full-stack developers. 

Meetings and Standups:

Regular group meetings were held to fix the errors and discuss all the issues that we were facing. Everything was regularly communicated with the TA during the class and the meetings. Everybody would send their daily standups to the TA to inform what they have been doing to the TA.

Fixing the Issues after Sprint 1:

We worked on fixing the appearance of the website after completing Sprint 1. It was made so that it is more user-friendly and attractive for the users.
