Travel

The colloquium will be held in the Winton Building, King Alfred Square, University of Winchester. All colloquium activity will take place in Winton Building 5 (site 29 on map).

Winchester is well-connected: trains from Southampton Central (30 mins) run every 20 mins; trains from London Waterloo (1 hr) run every 30 minutes; and trains from Reading (40 mins) every hour. Further travel information directions can be found on the University of Winchester website.

Accommodation

On campus: there are rooms available in West Downs Quarter (site 22 on map) with the following rates.

En-suite ROOM ONLY: £39 pp/pn

Continental Breakfast: £8 pp

Off campus: Winchester offers a limited array of accommodation options. Please note that as a tourist destination, prices can be relatively high during summer.
